Deadlines

 Wow. I had about 3 deadlines to meet all at the same time today. Whew and it only took me four servings of Starbucks. I got that Cup o’ Joe box of coffee. I had to work on some stuff for the national take your child to work day thing we are having at work. Then I had to finish a newsletter I did for National Social Work Month. It really turned out great. I have gotten so many compliments *blush*. Then, we are doing a surprise shower for one of our coworkers. I am having so much fun helping to plan this. We will only be playing about 3 games, because our time in the conference room is limited. I am thinking of playing the toilet paper one where you guess how many “squares” big she is…lol (kinda mean). Then there is the clothes pin one, where you clip a bunch of clothes pins to a hanger and the person tries to grab as many as she can with one hand. Then the last is matching celebrities babies with their names. LOL fun stuff, right?

I have just finished cleaning the disaster in the kitchen. It was pretty much a bunch of clutter. Everytime we clean up we put stuff on the bar, lol we need to just completely put crap away and this would not happen. I made dinner last night Shrimp Chow Mien with broccoli and snow peas. It was yummylicious. Take a look at these shots I took lol. (lame I know)

Sillyness over. Ok so  I have been in the market for a good cell phone/cell phone company, and I cannot seem to make up my mind. I really wanted the tilt, but at that price I can get the iphone. Which is touch screen. I like to touch stuff. I have really clumsy fingers though. I might end up hating because I would press all of the buttons lol. The dumb one that I saw had the tinyest of buttons, maybe hmm about the size of these letters if that, you would need a stylus to dial a phone number. I could not imagine texting on that thing. I guess I want a phone that I can customize with music and pictures. I know childrish, right…wrong I want something I can play with when I am bored. My cell phone now does not even have games. LOL lame phone. I am getting my tax return tomorrow so I might break down and get the Iphone, but I want the Wii. So I am going to have to pick one or the other. I know I will have fun with both, but I know we will all have fun with the Wii. If we ever find it I am going to get one. We went to Circuit City last week and they had just sold the last one. lol I was like noooo, and even people starting hovering around us because they thought we had one. wow, is it really that cool? I think so (he he)

I was reading over my RSS blogs at work and I was reading through Heather’s Blog and man do people have some damn nerve. Apparently they go there and read her blog and have the nerve to talk shit… directly to her, they go and read her blog, dislike it then email her. Wow, get a life dont like it leave lol I feel bad. She is so funny though. Seriously I would flip out or something, they call her a bad parent and all, WTF!

Well, I must say I am so glad its Friday tomorrow, because I am so tired out. I think I screwed my body with this diet. I actually took a 3 day break, I felt like my iron levels dropped and fast. I tried that Special K water, and it really does keep me from feeling hungry. Its a neat idea, I would take it for lunch if anything, or maybe when you want something sweet, it was super sweet. I am still at the same weight, no gain, no loss. I know I can reach my goal as long as I keep it up. Well I am off to my sweet sleep slumber. Goodnight.
