Why do Fridays go by so slow. Ugh today was so slow. I was so hungry and there was so much junk food around, peer pressure sucks so bad lol, but I was strong today. I always seem to slip up at dinner though. Well Actually this time it was lunch I had salmon and it had 739 calories for a small serving. It was very yummy and filling.

I am not going to be weighing myself until this friday. Last time that I went on a diet I saw my weight go up and down over a couple of days. I am so suprised because I am very motivated at doing this now. I am becoming more aware of the calories that I am taking in, and not bothering walking them off. Honestly, one of my main goals is just to fit into my old clothes, not the weight in itself. I currently range from a size 9 - 12 depending on brand, in womens sizes. In junior size I am a 9 or 11. Although the 11 is loose on my butt, lol I have no butt. I am looking into getting a magazine that has workouts outlined for me. I like shape but its the same crap all the time. I remember I got one when I first had my son, but for the life of me I can’t remember the name of it. I always find the “duh” articles on Yahoo lol. One of the things that I need to improve is getting some good sleep. I go on like 5 hours sometimes. My job is VERY demanding and it involves alot of thought and problem solving skills, something you should not do when you are sleepy/grochy/bitchy. So on that note I better head to bed, its going to be 12:00 am now. Oh and I went to the gift store called the Alley in Ontario and they have the cutest stuff at very low prices. I will post a picture of what I got.
