167 and Dropping

I started this new diet plan. Its completly online, and today it has proven itself very helpful. http://caloriecount.about.com/ You can track and log everything you ate in the day and it will give you nutritional information. It will even suggest a healthier alternative. I love it. So I will be blogging my stats as I go along. So far:

Last Entry: 167 lbs (Feb 27 2008)
Goal Weight: 136.3 lbs (Sep 29 2008)

Eat Meter
Daily Goal: 1700 cal

Calories today: 1462 , plus my small Wendy’s Chili(220) = 1682

I could have made healthier choices like not having that non-diet soda and the fries I had. I should have saved those calories for dinner. I will try to better tomorrow.
